Wall v Collins
This case decided that when leasehold and freehold estates are merged together into a single freehold estate, rights which would be acquired under section 62 of the Law of Property Act 1925 will not be extinguished. It is to be doubted, however, for suggesting the reversal of the rule in Harris v Flower (1904).
