- The defendant threw a tv remote at his wife
- The wife had an unusual artery weakness
- The weak artery failed as a result of the tv remote’s impact and the wife died
- Was the defendant guilty of manslaughter?
- Only some harm need be foreseen in unlawful act manslaughter, the defendant satisfied this criterion
