McFadzean v CFEMU 
- A forestry commission wished to prevent a protest in a forest, therefore they blocked the entry and exit of supplies and people to and from the camp
- Were the protestors being falsely imprisoned
- Consider the dangers of the imprisonment, damage to property, time distance and legality
- Consider physical capacity of the claimant, their fears and the need for unreasonable courage to escape
