Bisset v Wilkinson 
- A merchant of land represented that the land was capable of rearing a certain number of sheep.
- The land was only suitable for many fewer sheep
- Could the contract be rescinded for misrepresentation?
- The defendant merchant was not an expert, and so had not provided any assurance
